Build Practical Money Skills That Last

Our budgeting programme runs from September 2025 through February 2026. You'll work through real scenarios and create systems that fit your actual life—not someone else's template. We focus on the habits that make managing money less stressful.

What You'll Actually Work Through

Understanding Your Money Patterns

Most people don't track where money goes. We spend three weeks figuring out your specific spending habits—no judgment, just data. You'll see patterns you didn't know existed and understand why certain months feel tighter than others.

Creating Systems That Work

Forget complex spreadsheets if they're not your thing. We'll build a tracking method that matches how you actually think about money. Some people need apps, others prefer simple notebooks. Both work fine.

Handling Variable Income

If your pay changes month to month, traditional budgets don't help much. We cover strategies for freelancers, commission workers, and anyone whose income fluctuates. The key is planning for the lean months during the good ones.

Building Your Safety Net

Emergency funds sound boring until you need one. We'll work out a realistic savings goal based on your expenses and create a plan that doesn't require cutting out everything you enjoy. Small steps add up faster than you'd think.

Tackling Debt Without Panic

Credit cards, loans, overdrafts—we look at what you're dealing with and prioritize what to pay down first. There's maths involved, but also psychology. Knowing which debt to tackle can save you money and stress.

Planning For Bigger Goals

Whether it's a house deposit, holiday, or career change fund, we map out how to save for goals that take years. Breaking big numbers into monthly amounts makes them feel possible instead of overwhelming.

Programme Timeline: September 2025 – February 2026

1

September 2025: Foundation Month

We start with the basics—tracking everything for 30 days. No changes to your spending yet, just awareness. You'll also meet your small group (6-8 people) who you'll check in with throughout the programme.

2

October–November 2025: System Building

Now we create your actual budget. This takes trial and error—what looks good on paper might not work in real life. We adjust as you go and troubleshoot the tricky bits like irregular bills and social spending.

3

December 2025: Holiday Stress Test

December challenges every budget. We plan ahead for gifts, travel, and time off work. You'll learn how to enjoy the season without the January credit card shock. This month proves whether your system actually holds up.

4

January–February 2026: Making It Stick

The final stretch focuses on maintenance. How do you keep this going when life gets busy? We cover common slip-ups and how to get back on track quickly. By February, you'll have four months of data showing what's working.

Who Runs The Sessions

Our instructors have spent years helping people untangle their finances. They've seen every money situation imaginable and won't be shocked by yours. More importantly, they can explain things without making you feel stupid for not knowing already.
